Avery is very ill and asks fans for donations to help with medical bills

Avery Mills and Omar Albakour, who first captured hearts on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, have been happily married for over five years now; however, some recent health worries have ruined their joy.

The couple has come a long way since their whirlwind romance and traditional Muslim wedding in Lebanon. Avery, who converted to Islam for Omar, has matured from a naive teenager into a grounded and intelligent woman. On the other hand, Omar has been working hard to establish his career as a dentist in the United States.

In 2024, Avery and Omar had a successful year as a couple. Avery dedicated herself to working and studying hard to pursue a career in healthcare administration. Meanwhile, Omar was studying at Rutgers University, working towards becoming a certified dentist in the U.S. According to Avery's Instagram page, they bought their first home together in March 2024.

Life seemed perfect for the lovely couple until Avery started sharing some bad news during her TikTok lives. Avery revealed that she has a serious liver problem, causing her life to be filled with pain and medical bills. Most days, she experiences high fevers, difficulty breathing, enlarged lymph nodes, and infections affecting her joints and liver. Despite many doctor's visits, she still doesn't have a diagnosis. Avery has asked her fans to donate money during her social media lives to help pay for her accumulated medical bills. She also hopes to receive enough donations to leave some money for her family in case the worst happens.

Fans were surprised to learn that Avery and Omar were struggling financially, especially after the couple recently announced the purchase of a new house. In reality, Omar has been spotted several times by fans working as a Lyft driver in the U.S. to make ends meet. He is not yet working as a dentist or earning a dentist’s salary, as he is still studying. Although Avery has a full-time job and tries to earn extra money through social media and selling perfumes online, their income is not sufficient to cover their mortgage and medical bills. The couple may consider launching a GoFundMe page soon to help alleviate their financial burdens.
